With respect to the issuance of a health insurance booklet pursuant to decision No. Φ 40021/οικ. 4284/175/24.2.2014, it is stipulated, among others, that «Persons insured with IKA-E.T.A.M. and their family members, for the period from 1.3.2014 to 28.2.2015, can be eligible for health care benefits in kind when they have accumulated at least fifty (50) insurance days either in the preceding calendar year (2013) or in the last fifteen months, without taking into account insurance days in the last calendar quarter of such fifteen-month period. For unemployed persons who are over 29 years old and up to 55 years old, who have benefited from the provisions of paragraph 4 of article 5 of Law 2768/1999 (published in Government Gazette issue A 273), as amended and applicable, insurance cover for health benefits in kind is extended until 28 February 2015. Employees of the companies under the name «ROLLING STOCK COMPANY OF GREECE S.A.» and «SKARAMANGAS SHIPYARDS» as well as their family members, for the period from 1/3/2014 until 28/2/2015, can be eligible for health care benefits in kind without having to fulfill the accumulated insurance days condition».
