Undergraduate and postgraduate alien students of Public Educational Instititutions are entitled to healthcare and medical care services, for a time period equal to the years of study prescribed as the minimum duration of undergraduate studies of the relevant Department, increased by one half; in the case of postgraduate students of Higher Education Institutions, healthcare cover is provided for a time period equal to the years of study increased by one half (Presidential Decree 327/83).
